Summary: Archetype plugin depends on missing SNAPSHOTs of Struts 2 Archetypes (was: Missing archetypes for Struts2)
'mvn archetype:generate' tries to download 2.0.9-SNAPSHOT of the Struts 2 blank archetype.
A released version of a Maven plugin should not have snapshot dependencies.
(The Struts archetypes have not been officially released and should not be in the list the Archetype plugin presents to users.)
