Questions like this should be directed to the [ActiveMQ users mailing list|https://activemq.apache.org/contact]. Jira is generally reserved for confirmed bugs, feature requests, etc.

That said, support for MQTT 5 was added in 2.21.0 and this includes support for shared subscriptions. However, how you use shared subscriptions is really up to the client you're using. You should consult your client's documentation for more details on that.
