This is a great improvement. I have a ton of differences (at 96dpi), but each I have looked at shows that the rendered file is better now.
I wonder if the same could be done for lines? (MoveTo, LineTo, StrokePath). I mention this because there are no improvements for the files of PDFBOX-1288 and PDFBOX-2081.
Btw, isRectangular() - shouldn't this return false for SEG_QUADTO too ?
