   ### Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge?
   
   With the support of ordering sensitive aggregation in [#6332](https://github.com/apache/arrow-datafusion/pull/6332). We can add new ordering sensitive aggregators to the datafusion. 
   
   Add support for `FIRST_VALUE`, `LAST_VALUE` aggregation functions. Databricks has this support see [link](https://docs.databricks.com/sql/language-manual/functions/first_value.html) to see syntax, and behaviour.
