[jira] Commented: (GERONIMO-2482) Remove console JARs from WEB-INF/lib

Vamsavardhana Reddy commented on GERONIMO-2482:
-----------------------------------------------

Solution:
1. Modified applications\console-standard and applications\console-framework not to bundle the jars in war.
2. Modified configs\console-tomcat and configs\console-jetty to copy the jars to repository and add those as dependencies in application plan.

Fixed in branches\1.1 in rev 472897.

> It's unnecessarily hard to build console extension plugins because the car-maven-plugin can't access JARs in a WEB-INF/lib directory. The console web apps should not package any JARs, but instead use dependency elements to add them to the class path. (e.g. console-framework packages castor)

Can someone help me fix or fix this in the trunk? I could figure the
equivalent of Step1 and the second part of Step 2 in trunk. I can not
figure the first part of Step 2 (and can not experiment right now coz I have
build failure on trunk).
