Graduated podlings are not listed under

https://whimsy.apache.org/roster/ppmc

However they can be displayed as (e.g.)

https://whimsy.apache.org/roster/ppmc/dubbo

This might happen if an old link is used, and can cause confusion.

The URL should not display the committee as if it were still a podling.
