   1: Eclipse/Paho's MQTTPacket [1] contains the lowest level C library with the smallest requirements. This supplies simple serialization and de-serialization routines. It is up to the application writer to implement read/write over the network. 
   
   2: Please ignore my previous pull request, i.e. #358
