[I] [Doc] Remove malformed Markdown from the Chinese best-practice guide [rocketmq]
NUAAwqy opened a new issue, #11226:
URL: https://github.com/apache/rocketmq/issues/11226
### Problem
The end of `docs/cn/best_practice.md` contains malformed Markdown (`[]([]())`) that renders as meaningless content. The preceding `vm.max_map_count` bullet also contains an internal proofreading note (`agressiveness --> aggressiveness`) and the phrase `建议将为此参数设置较大的值`, which is grammatically incorrect.
### Expected behavior
The Chinese best-practice guide should render without stray Markdown or editorial notes, and the `vm.max_map_count` recommendation should read naturally.
### Scope
- Remove the malformed empty link.
- Remove the proofreading artifact and correct the sentence.
- No runtime code changes.
