VMware - Unable to login to ssvm

In VMware we are unable to login to ssvm from management server , due to permission issue with /cloudstack-common/scripts/vm/systemvm/id_rsa.cloud, Currently this file's permission is 644, and not allowing to login; need to change this to 600;

Looks like it's a packaging issue, can you please have look on this ? there are 8 test cases failing from BVT.
