Steps to reproduce:

1. Have latest CloudStack setup with at least 2 advanced zones. Make sure each zone is configured and enabled with GSLB device.

There is a new API introduced for GSLB i.e. "updateGlobalLoadBalancerRule" hence, for existing GSLB rules, we need to provide an edit option for updating some of the parameters.

Here is the sample API :
