Subject: Ant 1.5 now required to build AXIS


Per my thread started last week, AXIS now requires at LEAST Ant 1.5 in
order to compile and run. This is done for two primary reasons:
1) The new version of Ant is stable, and has been "release" for over two
weeks
2) The new version of Ant gives many core tasks which are to be required
for the new test / samples work that I am doing.
