[I] Retire the stale duplicate repo apache/ossie-temp [ossie]
christianeu-db opened a new issue, #578:

[apache/ossie-temp](https://github.com/apache/ossie-temp) looks like a leftover copy of the main repo. Is there any reason to keep it around?
If not, I'd suggest archiving it to preserve the history and avoid confusion.
