[~abec]: Similar to SQOOP-1954, Kafka is needed for two classes only and is loaded in @BeforeClass method (i.e. at most we will load it twice). https://github.com/apache/sqoop/blob/sqoop2/test/src/main/java/org/apache/sqoop/test/testcases/KafkaConnectorTestCase.java#L43

Do you still feel we should move it to Suite level?
