(OFBIZ-1545) New Styles For Order application

Here are some trivial issues i noticed (Fedora/1.5.0.12-7.fc6 Firefox/1.5.0.12):
1.Order ->Request->Request Items  -> After i choose a request Items, there is an error in the console AND request item sub menu is missing.
2.Order ->Request->Request Roles  -> there is a label called PageTitleEditRequestRoles
3. The order items section of Order View Screen is a little modified: Shortfalled and Remaining quantity cannot be read - it is overlapping with "Outstanding"  word.
