[users@httpd] Apache2 MPM perchild

Is anyone successfully running FreeBSD and Apache2 with mpm perchild? If not
is anyone running Apache2 with mpm perchild on Linux? I cannot get this to
work and there appears to be an issue with threading and freebsd. I would
really like to find a way to make this work.
