Hi brett,

  You can move it. Our scripts in the sandbox (except scm settings in the
main POM) doesn't rely on a given path. Plugins in the sandbox are never
called from the core. After the move, I'll just have to update the external
in /maven-1/trunks

Arnaud, I hestitated to do this one, just in case it mucks up any  
existing scripts/refs. I'll leave it up to those actively working on  
it as to whether this is the best idea or not.
