*STR*
# Go to service configs page.
# Before configs are rendered, switch to another service tab (Summary, Heatmaps).
# Expand services actions dropdown.

*Result*
Dropdown is partially hidden: [^_services-actions-menu.jpg].

Also, dropdown isn't displayed at all in IE and Safari.
