Problem with mirroring

For an unkown reason, it seems there is a problem in the mirroring system.
See
   http://apache.mirror.phpchina.com/servicemix/servicemix-3/3.2.1/
compared to
   http://apache.crihan.fr/dist/servicemix/servicemix-3/3.2.1/

It seems the tar.gz and zip have not been copied to the chinese mirror.
What's the way to fix that ?
