Gregg, 

Two things.

1) *ALWAYS* send mail to the ASF mailing lists as plain text, not html/multipart
2) *ALWAYS* include a message body. 

Both of these will almost certainly result in your mail being canned as SPAM.  The former is the most prevalent of traps that users fall into. 
If this is not the case, we will need to see the remaining mail heaers from the bounce message to be able to determine the cause.
