Um, what *is* the preferred method to collect use case, problems,
suggestions and so on regarding the DTDs?
We have at least
- bugzilla
- forrest dev
- the document mentioned above
There's also the Apache wiki, even though it lacks a specific DTD
section.

Now the real content: I rediscovered two long outstanding issues with
the FAQ DTD:
1. The FAQ title is still an attribute to the FAQ element instead of a
child element. Do we have to go through the whole discussion again
for each of the title nodes?
2. The FAQ part element is named much too generic, it should be
renamed to faqsection.
