Build from source.

Hi,

I have just checked out and built excalibur/trunk from svn on linux 
under java5.

I am no Fortress expert but I am trying to write a Fortress service for 
the jakarta-turbine project.

My first, no doubt crude, version had problems with the SourceResolver 
package. The problem appears to be that the @avalon.service tags in the 
package are not fully qualified.

Diff attached.

If I'm way off track with this please let me know...
