    ci: drop removed Cypress shards from required status checks
    
    #40717 reduced the Cypress matrix from 6 shards to 2 (parallel_id [0, 1]),
    but .asf.yaml still listed cypress-matrix (2..5, chrome) as required status
    checks. Those jobs no longer exist, so their checks never report — leaving
    every PR stuck on "Expected — Waiting for status to be reported" and unable
    to merge.
    
    Remove the four obsolete contexts, keeping the two shards that actually run.
