Re: Use with full Java applications
Actually, I think they are looking for something that will "run" their
application while JProbe or OptimizeIt profiles the app. With just a single
user hitting buttons on a UI, it's tedious to accumulate enough data for the
profiling programs to be meaningful.
JMeter, with custom development could be used to do this. It's unintuitive
how to go about doing this, I think, but it actually wouldn't be that hard.
As I said before, if you need help, I'd be glad to lend a hand.
