rave-shindig db parameters in two places

I just noticed the rave-shindig db connection properties (jdbc
connection url, db user name and password, etc) set defined in two
different places:  rave.shindig.properties and rave-shindig's web.xml.

The web.xml properties seem to be ignored (I commented them out with
no problems).  Is this correct? If so, I'll clean up web.xml.

This is probably a remainder from the very first releases before it was
moved to the Spring configuration. Clean it up :)
