   Maybe, it's not a good idea. Consumer can setAllocateMessageQueueStrategy();
   `DefaultLitePullConsumer litePullConsumer = new DefaultLitePullConsumer(MixAll.DEFAULT_CONSUMER_GROUP);
           litePullConsumer.setAllocateMessageQueueStrategy();
   `
    For users , it will make trouble for users if it is implemented by other way.
