Hi Michael, as explained (at least tried to explain, see "*No needs then* to put also "Upcoming Release", it's implied.") at [https://s.apache.org/1xQN] (Manage JIRA's issues section) in this case we don't need to put upcoming branch, removed.

Please improve the "Manage JIRA's issues" section if you feel it's needed.
