XMLDateTime.cpp uses abs() without std::

           Summary: XMLDateTime.cpp uses abs() without std::
           Product: Xerces-C++
           Version: Nightly build (please specify the date)
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Critical
          Priority: Other
         Component: Build
        AssignedTo: xerces-c-dev@xml.apache.org
        ReportedBy: cdm@qnx.com

Right now XMLDateTime.cpp is invoking abs() without any namespace qualifiers.
As such it gets put into the active xerces namespace which causes a compiler
error. It needs the std:: prefix added or a using std::abs added.
