Welcome Mingjie Lai to Apache Flume

Folks:

Another welcome to Mingjie Lai, one of our newest Apache Flume committers!
Mingjie has been incredibly active on the mailing lists and JIRAs recently
and has been contributing toward a 0.9.5 release of Flume.
