Change cache capacity to be specified as input parameter instead of default max integer. The usage can be quite different case by case and a default Integer max value can lead to error like this depending on the setup:
`Exception in thread "main" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space`

We try to keep backwards compatibility when possible so it would be nice to keep the existing methods around even if marked experimental.
Finally, we should change this to `1000` since that seems to be the default if _unspecified_.

This change would not be compatible with previous versions (the .of static builder method), but since it is marked as Experimental, I would say it makes a lot more sense to enforce developers to specify the cache capacity themselves. Of course, if not agreed we can add default overloads with some default cache capacity to keep it compatible (1000 or the previous max integer which I don't recommend)
