re-assigning a value to a parameter in an iterate?

I am trying to something like this and need some assistance:

        <logic:equal name="locationListForm" property="cellColor" 
value="content_tbl_white" >
                <bean:parameter id="cellColor" name="cellColor" 
value="content_tbl_blue" />        </logic:equal>
        <logic:equal name="locationListForm" property="cellColor" 
value="content_tbl_blue" >
                <bean:parameter id="cellColor" name="cellColor" 
value="content_tbl_blue" />
        </logic:equal>
