Update packages/rpm/mandrake9.1/svn-install.patch

Hi. I think I might have found the culprit keeping me from compiling packages.

Can someone please upload this to where it should go?

The problem is that the build-output.mk contains mod_dav_svn and mod_authz_svn in
reversed order. Also the last context line also contained the Makefile.in and the
config.m4 in reversed order.

AND, the line number had changed from 339 to 398.

Therefore, the patch wouldn't go. Mandrake is compiling quietly in the other window
- this was preventing me previously.

File attached.

Great! I'll try that. I was patching build-outputs.mk because I didn't
know any other way to do it. I'll report back.

I don't think the rpm stuff should be patching build-outputs.mk, I
think it should pass --disable-mod-activation to configure and use the
default build-outputs.mk. I never build rpms so I don't know if this
works.
