[forms] automatic submit on change

Hi all,

Widgets that have some value-changed listeners now automatically submit 
the form whenever their value changes.

This removes the need for most, if not all <fi:styling 
submit-on-change="true"/>.

It this behaviour is not desired, you can write <fi:styling 
submit-on-change="false"/>.
