.NET task - too many libraries in DEFAULT_REFERENCE_LIST

Summary: .NET task - too many libraries in DEFAULT_REFERENCE_LIST
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.5Beta1
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Optional Tasks
        AssignedTo: ant-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: francisu@ieee.org

This includes stuff like office.dll and stuff related to the VS.NET. Some
peole don't need these, nor have these products even installed.

Perhaps there could be a minimal default list of the libraries that are part of
the core SDK, and maybe an extended list that people can request if they want
it.
