ServiceMix 3.1 snapshot web version under jboss

Dear all,

It seems there is several reasons to not being able to run ServiceMix
3.1 web version under Jboss.

1) Jboss Remote JMX

2) jdbcAuditorMBean placeholder

Moreover the jboss-deployer is not up-to-date.
And from a while.

Anyway, as standalone (and probably into Geronimo), the project looks
very promising.
