Hi Ankit - for problems encountered while building/using Tika, it's best to first post to the user mailing list. Then if the Tika devs indicate it's a bug, you can file a Jira issue.

Also looks like a build error, not an installation error. If you're trying to get access to Tika jars, you can download from the Tika site or pull in from the Maven central repo.
