[users@httpd] Bug 46724 and Bug 46490

Hello,

I face an issue when trying to start apache service.
I see that this issue is reported in bugs 46724 and bug 46490 but no action
has been investigated until now.

I get this in error.log:

and this in the Event Viewer of Microsoft XP Pro SP2:

*Faulting application httpd.exe, version 2.2.11.0, faulting module
libapr-1.dll, version 1.3.3.0, fault address 0x00006d1c.*

I am not able to start apach http web server at all.

If someone could tell me if this issue is under investigation.
