When the router has been built for Debug via -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug it will write a debug dump file on shutdown.

This debug dump file reports how many pool objects remain in thread on shutdown. 

A large number of in-thread pooled objects on shutdown may indicate a memory leak.

It would be useful to have ctest parse these files and report any in-thread objects at the end of a test run.
