[PATCH] AIX and libld build problems in Apache 1.3

    Hi,
    
    this patch implements Ryan's proposed solution. It disables
    the compatibility code for AIX < 4.3, if no dynamic loading
    stuff is used.

Not your fault, I should have written the code first, and then sat around
talking to people.  Just glad that we are both happy with the final
changes.

    Sorry that I wasn't faster. I watched some TV and needed to
    get used to APACI first.. :)

You are a bit too quick for me.  I was about a minute away from posting my
patch when this get to me.  I had actually just run "cvs diff".  :-)
