[SVN] Cannot commit on lenya trunk

Dear infrastructure team,

after the cvs2svn conversion of incubating-lenya, I'm not
able to commit to the incubating-lenya trunk:


svn co https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/lenya/trunk lenya-trunk
...

svn commit charter.txt

Another Lenya committer is facing the same problem.
Both of us created a SVN password on minotaur.
Did we miss something?
