    [TRAFODION-1591] Script to find ports not-in-use

    This check-in adds a new script in the sql/scripts directory, findPort.py. It is useful in finding a range of ports that are not in use before using install_local_hadoop.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/DaveBirdsall/incubator-trafodion Trafodion1591Change

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/incubator-trafodion/pull/162.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
