Workbench is not part of the test plan, so I don't agree (without more
convincing) that it should be saved as part of the test plan file. I did,
however, make it easier to save items in the workbench and reload them there.
Basically, if you save the workbench, and then reload it, it will automatically
reload to the workbench, regardless of what the current selected node is (this
parallels the behavior of re-opening test plans).
