CLEREZZA-216: changes to renderlet api, delete cache of compiled scalaseverpages

Hello

I've committed the patch for CLEREZZA-216, two caveats:
- The renderlet api changed, renderlets have to be adapted
- It might be necessary to delete the cache of compile
scalaserverpages, find a directory callled "sclalaclasses" within
felix-cache and delete its content
