   @SurenNihalani and @rdsr, as part of adding user docs and testing with Spark 2.4, I updated the contents of the Spark runtime Jar last night and just opened #250. That work goes a bit beyond the scope of this PR because it removes any library already in Spark's `jars` folder, relocates all shaded classes, and cleans up some of the problems pointed out here.
   
   It doesn't matter to me which PR we go with, but I think the changes from #250 are a good starting point because that cleans up this area quite a bit. Would you like to combine this PR and that one, or review that one and rebase to get this work in?
