[~mpercy] in the next week I plan to start exploring your binaries with the goal of getting them into mavenized artifacts. This is for the Beam project which is a WIP [here|https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/6021].

Given we're doing this sporadically as time allows, should we get a temporary GH repo set up to collaborate?
