[Phoenix] Disabling the Http adaptor

Hi,

I just added the ability to disable the Http adaptor for the management 
console (ie disable the web interface). You need to specify the following in 
the appropriate component declaration in kernel.xml

<enable-http-adaptor>false</enable-http-adaptor>

A commented out version is in the sample kernel.xml with a comment. Look for 
that. For backwards compatability it defaults to true.
