If you have Row A filling by:

1: 1
2: sssd

Select with two cells do Ctrl+C
After, select full row B and do Ctrl+V

Result
Calc an all Office is freezing forever with hint "calculating rows height"

Confirmed with AOO 4.1.6 (en-US Test-Build) on Windows 10.

Seems to be fixed in the AOO 4.2.0 branch.
