Error in integrate haddop with eclipse

I can't integrate haddop with eclipse
My problem is that when i right click to hadoop project, and a choose Run as
-> Run on Hadoop. Then nothing happened
I test on Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit, and Cent OS 5.6 32 bit.
Please help me
