broken metadata.xml in maven central

Manos Batsis, hi:

This maven-matadata.xml in central is broken:
http://repository.exoplatform.org/content/groups/public/gr/abiss/mvn/plugins/maven-jstools-plugin/maven-metadata.xml

There should be a RELEASE element with value 0.7, please fix it. If you use
Nexus, it will help you build correct maven-metadata.xml automatically.

I found your infomation from central rsync sources.
