Due to Jenkins job issue it is marking all builds that have changes to ambari-web as aborted 
Rat check passed on trunk and branch-2.2.
branch-2.2 local UT results after applying patch:
24247 tests complete (19 seconds)
156 tests pending
trunk local UT results after applying patch:
24247 tests complete (18 seconds)
156 tests pending
