build problem

I'm having a problem building jetspeed.  It has something to do with mandrake 
I think.  I keep getting the error below even though the #!/bin/sh is in 
there.  JBoss's run.sh works fine.  I haven't been able to find a solution to 
this.  sh ./build.sh doesn't work either.  Any help would be appreciated.

[mphee@tux1 build]$ ./build.sh
: bad interpreter: Permission denied
[mphee@tux1 build]$
